‘PPP stands firmly behind Hamza’

In a meeting with Hamza, PPP extended complete support and said that a plan has been chalked out for elections

With the sword of Damocles hanging over the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government, Hamza Shehbaz has reached out to his main coalition partner in Punjab, the PPP to secure for their support for a possible upcoming round of elections.

PPP MPA Syed Usman Mehmood said they were standing firmly behind Hamza Shehbaz and will continue supporting them.

In a meeting with Hamza, the PPP leader extended complete support of his party and said that a plan has been chalked out for elections.

He said the plan was to ensure that speaker does not repeat the same tactics he had tried to employ before to disrupt the elections.
