ISLAMABAD:

Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Athar Minallah on Friday heard a case regarding a notice issued to PTI MNAs Shaukat Ali Bhatti and Amir Sultan to vacate Parliament Lodges.

The IHC directed the members to approach the National Assembly speaker as the court did not want to interfere in the affairs of the parliament.

During the hearing, the petitioner's counsel said that the CDA has issued notices to two PTI MNAs to vacate Parliament Lodges. The court inquired whether the members had resigned or they were attending the parliament’s meetings? The lawyer said they have not resigned and were attending the meeting of the NA.
