Seven people were injured with gunshot wounds while attempting to resist being robbed in separate incidents.
Bandits on a motorcycle near Dhanola 117 GB area of the Millat Town Police Station shot and injured 40-year-old Farooq, 18-year-old Sufiyan and 21-year-old Naveed when they offered resistance.
In the other incident, alleged robbers arrived at an electronics goods store owned by Irfan Ahmed near Samundari Road and tried to loot the shop.
Irfan Ahmed's cousin decided to stand up to the alleged robbers, and he hit one of them with an exhaust fan.
The alleged robbers retaliated by opening fire on Irfan, his cousin, 60-year-old Latif and 32-year-old Amir Majeed.
