Allegations: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam criticises Wassan
They alleged that government officials were busy attending Iftar parties instead of helping their people.
KARACHI:
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) leaders have alleged that instead of taking immediate action on Karachi killings and rehabilitating the monsoon-rain hit parts of Sindh, Home Minister Manzoor Wassan has taken a flippant approach to the public’s queries. JUI Ameer Abdus Samad Halejvi, secretary information Mohammed Aslam Ghauri and others expressed concern over the bloodshed in Karachi. They alleged that government officials were busy attending Iftar parties instead of helping their people.
