CM visits deceased constable’s home

Hamza expresses sympathy with bereaved family

Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Hamza Shahbaz visited the house of martyred Constable Muhammad Javed at his village in Daska and met his widow, children and brothers.

Constable Muhammad Javed had been martyred in a van accident in Attock.

Hamza Shahbaz expressed sympathy with the bereaved family and offered Fateha for Shaheed Muhammad Javed.

Hamza Shahbaz said that he saluted Constable Muhammad Javed who had attained the status of a martyr in the line of duty.

Constable Muhammad Javed could not be brought back, but the government would take full care of his heirs.

Later talking to the media, Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz said that the PTI tried to spread chaos through the march and all sorts of tactics were adopted.

Replying to a question, he said that there had been no governor or cabinet in the province for the last one-and-a-half months.

Hamza Shahbaz said that the increase of Rs30 in petrol price was a burden on his chest, and the government cared for the masses.

He said that he would give a comprehensive package for development projects in Daska.

Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz also expressed grief over the demise of mountaineer Ali Raza Sadpara and paid homage to his services for the promotion of mountaineering.

Meanwhile, Hamza Shahbaz sought a report from the IG of police about the murder of a 20-year-old girl in Narowal and directed immediate arrest of the accused.
