Four alleged robbers held

Police have registered a case against the four suspects and are carrying out investigations

CIA Lyallpur Town arrested four suspected robbers and seized cash, stolen motorcycles and weapons from them.

According to police sources, CIA In-charge Lyallpur Town Siddique Cheema and ASI Pervez Latif raided different locations and arrested Adnan, Mubashir and two other men.

The arrested suspects were allegedly part of a wanted gang, involved in dozens of incidents of robbery and motorcycle theft. The police also seized Rs800,000, four motorcycles and four pistols from them. Officials said the arrested suspects had confessed to dozens of crimes in Factory Area, Samanabad, Saddar, Rashidabad and Jhang Bazaar police stations’ jurisdiction.
