LAHORE:

Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan Naib Ameer Mian Muhammad Aslam and Kisan Board Pakistan (KBP) Central President Chaudhary Shaukat Ali Chadhar said on Sunday that the poor agriculture policies of the previous government had adverse effects on the farming community.

Talking to the media, they said that corruption, lawlessness, unemployment and the price hike were the gifts of the erstwhile Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) government. Poor agricultural policies and the increase in prices of agricultural inputs left a negative impact on the yield of wheat this year, they added.
