The Chief Law Officer of Sindh expressed his helplessness against the government and bureaucracy, creating hurdles in implementing the rules, which made it challenging to secure employment for a visually impaired citizen under the blind quota.
Larkana deputy commissioner fired a citizen named Aftab after six months of service on which the Sindh High Court issued an order to reinstate his employment. A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh heard the plea of a blind citizen regarding rehabilitation and payment of dues.
Irfan Aziz, counsel for the petitioner, argued that the bureaucracy had resorted to obstruction using traditional tactics. The applicant was given a grade one job as a gardener instead of a teacher. The Chief Justice asked the Advocate General to look into the matter.

Advocate General Sindh Salman Talib-ud-Din stated that he had made every effort. He requested the court to issue the directive to the Deputy Commissioner as he was helpless and added that if this situation continues, the citizen will continue to be without his due rights for another year.
