The cat's out of the bag and one can only hope it's not a hoax, in any case, we can't wait!

One of Bollywood’s most beloved couples, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are all set to tie the knot on the April 14 this year, according to Filmfare. The outlet’s sources have confirmed that the couple will be getting married in an intimate ceremony at Ranbir’s home, surrounded by close family and friends.

As per an earlier report in India Today, a source close to both the celebs spoke about Ranbir's "tight" shooting schedule, provided the actor had a gap of seven or eight days from April 13 to April 20 between film shootings of Luv Ranjan and Animal to host the nuptials. Alia, too, left the same dates empty in her schedule to accommodate the wedding.

A Pinkvilla report also suggested that Alia and Ranbir’s wedding is set to take place in the second week of April, taking into consideration their work commitments and a consultation with the family pandit -– making it all the more probable for the latest Filmfare report to be true.

The duo, who have been discreet about their relationship, started opening up about it in recent times. Their PDA was on full display during the motion picture launch for Brahmastra which took place in Delhi.

Speculations about Alia and Ranbir’s impending nuptials have been doing the rounds for years now and they are finally about to take place in a matter of two weeks. Alia was last seen in Gangubai Kathiawadi and the two of them will be seen next in Brahmastra which is being directed by Ayan Mukerji. The film is set to release on September 9 this year.
