PTI celebrates no-confidence move failure against Imran
Pakistan Tehreek Insaf Sindh brought out a rally on Sunday to celebrate failure of opposition's move of no-confidence vote against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Leader of the Opposition in Sindh Assembly, Haleem Adil Sheikh while speaking to media persons at the occasion said that foreign funded conspiracy of the opposition parties hatched against PM Imran Khan on behest of a foreign power has been failed.
"The three stooges received dollars to overthrow Imran Khan's government by horse trading," he said adding that a political group of Karachi that is remnant of a man sitting in London also joined the band of thugs. The same group who joined the enemies of the homeland received funds from federal government for more than three years, he added.
Haleem Adil Sheikh said that all the traitors have been exposed before the nation and Imran Khan is determined to defeat them with support of the people of masses. He also saluted Pir Pagara Syed Sibgatullah Shah- chief of Pakistan Muslim League Functional- for his determination and fulfillment of the commitment with PTI government despite lucrative offers.
He said that after dissolution of National Assembly people of Pakistan have to decide the future of the country. Now opposition parties should go into masses, contest the election and get mandate of the people if they can, he said and added that entire nation has confidence on courageous and patriotic leadership of Imran Khan.
Meanwhile, hundreds of supporters of PTI had gathered at the Char Minar intersection in the Bahadurabad area to show support to Imran Khan. The demonstration of PTI in Bahadurabad on the call of Imran Khan continued till late last night.
S i n d h A s s e m b l y Opposition Leader Haleem Adil Sheikh and PTI MPAs also attended the protest. Moreover in Hyderabad, the workers of PTI marched in front of the Hyderabad Press Club to show solidarity with Imran Khan.
Earlier on Saturday night, PTO supporters took out a rally to express in support of Imran and to denounce the leaders of the opposition parties. The rally was led by PTI's local leader Khawand Bux Jahejo and it moved through different parts of the city.
While addressing the rally Jahejo said Khan was not trying to protect his power but he was preventing the attempts of the corrupt political figures from taking reins of the country. He said the political turncoats who enjoyed power for more than three years were exposed before the nation. He alleged the opposition leaders for bribing the defecting MNAs of PTI.
