The lawyer of the plaintiff has stated that five months have passed since the murder of Nazim Jokhio but the challan of the case has not been submitted by the prosecution and the investigating officer in the special anti-terrorism court.

The court on March 14 directed the investigating officer to submit the case challan to the special anti-terrorism court within two days. The petition will be filed in the SHC on the delay in the submission of challan of the case. We will put all the facts before the court that there is a separate law for rich and poor people.
