Police have arrested five suspects after alleged encounters and recovered weapons, snatched mobile phones, motorcycles, and other valuables.
Orangi Town police arrested a robber Shah Zaman with injuries after an encounter.
Hyderi police arrested two injured suspects, Israr and Adil after an encounter in North Nazimabad.
Two suspected robbers were arrested near Sector 44/C Karbala Ground. The suspects were shifted to Jinnah Hospital where they were identified as 18-year-old Muhammad Owais and 22-year-old Fahad Sheikh.
Their third accomplice managed to escape from the scene. The police recovered a 9mm pistol, a 30-bore pistol, eight snatched mobile phones, cash and a motorcycle from the arrested suspects.
