KARACHI:

The PPP has officially written to the Inter-Services Intelligence to investigate the matter of a drone camera ‘suspiciously’ hitting Aseefa, the sister of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

Aseefa suffered minor injuries on her face after a drone camera of a private TV channel hit her when she was standing on the container with her brother during the PPP’s long march in Khanewal on March 4.

PPP Secretary General Syed Nayyar Hussain Bokhari, in a letter written to DG ISI Lt Gen Nadeem Ahmed Anjum, sought the top spy agency’s assistance to bring to light the “facts”.

“Given your organisation’s considerable expertise in investigations, we request that you look into this case and bring to light the facts,” Bokhari wrote in the letter, a copy of which is available with The Express Tribune.
