LAHORE:

Special Assistant to Chief Minister (SACM) on Information and Spokesperson for the Punjab Government Hasaan Khawar has said that the set targets of the ‘Kamyab Jawan’ programme - job creation, empowerment of youth - are being successfully achieved.

On the other hand, development work is underway on Diamer Bhasha, Mohmand and Dasu dams while people are getting free health care under the Punjab Health Insaf Card programme.

He said Imran Khan's only fault was that he had put the faltering economy of the country on its feet. The government competed with the Covid pandemic in such a marvellous way that the world was compelled to appreciate Pakistan's policies.

The opposition is upset over these pro-people measures and relief, SACM stated.

He expressed these views while talking to the media along with Special Assistant to Prime Minister Usman Dar at a university yesterday.

Khawar said the last season of the opposition's flop show will meet its logical end soon.

“Today the political gangs have come together and are embracing each other only in opposition to Imran Khan because he had raised his voice against corruption,” he remarked.
