Speaking to a delegation of women entrepreneurs on Thursday, he said that incentives would also strengthen the industrial base. The PFC chief said that bank advances to small businesses rose to Rs524 billion during the second quarter of current fiscal year, which was a good omen and would have a salutary impact on the SMEs across the country.
