Shoaib Akhtar channels SRK from ‘Mohabbatein’ in throwback photos

The pictures from the late 2000s were shared by make-up artist Nabila

Celebrity make-up artist Nabila recently took to her Instagram to share pictures of former cricketer Shoaib Akhtar from around 15 years ago. The now 46-year-old was styled by Nabila for the pictures, which were part of a fashion shoot.

The thirty-something Shoaib looks fresh-faced, dressed in typical late 2000s fashion, with a sweater tied around his neck much like the Mohabbatein’s SRK in one picture, and a trench coat with rolled-up sleeves and graphic tee in another.

Nabila captions the post, “Throwback Thursday. Some 15 years ago. Shoaib Akhtar, what a character! Never a dull moment. Absolute thrill to have styled these images at Men Store, Lahore.”

Shoaib himself shared a throwback picture from the 90s on his own profile earlier this week, with the sepia-tinted photograph showing the young cricketer clad in a Pakistan cricket team sweater vest, sporting a typical 90s hairdo.
