The Lahore High Court's Justice Shehram Sarwar admitted post-arrest bail of accused Amir Sohail alias Rambo in greater Iqbal Park case wherein a woman TikToker was assaulted by a mob on August 14, 2021.
The accused had been arrested by Lorry Ada police and after completing the investigation the accused had been sent to jail.
Petitioner accused counsel implored the court that earlier the victim woman TikToker, Ayesha Akram, had said that Rambo saved her but later she changed her version. How it could be assumed whether the earlier one or the later version of the victim was correct.

He argued that police completed its investigation but nothing was proved on his part.
There is not progress in the trial, so how a man could be kept in jail merely on assumptions.
He prayed the court that the accused be released on bail.
The prosecution opposed the bail with request to dismiss the bail.
Lorry Adda police had arrested Amir Sohail alias Rambo and others after Ayesha alleged that Rambo was the mastermind of the incident in which a mob had physically assaulted her.
She also accused Rambo of harassing and blackmailing her through her objectionable videos.
