For the last two days, Pakistani Twitter has seen a plethora of memes about a certain drama. Judwaa - Haqeeqat became a top trend on the micro-blogging website and the plot twist was the only thing people could talk about. Actor Kiran Tabeir, who played the twin sisters, had a response to all the trolling and memes. Since the short film has been trending, it has managed to garner over 8.2 million views.

Taking to Instagram, the actor commented, "What's more important is that we talk about problems which are needed to be addressed." Kiran added, "The same issues of our country that need our voices, our support and the need to be trending [on social media]. Please use your time and energy wisely. Someone might get benefit from it. Otherwise, it is up to you. Keep enjoying memes about Shiza and Fiza."

Recently, the aforementioned clip from the local short film has been all the rage on the platform.

Aired last year, the said storyline revolves around two sisters marrying the wrong groom. How, you might ask? In the good ol' fashioned way, the brides and grooms never really met before tying the knot and saw each other for the first time on their wedding night. The sisters, who were set to marry two brothers Zain and Farhan, ended up swapping husbands.

Faraz, who had to marry Shiza, tied the knot with Fiza while Zain married Shiza in an absolutely mind-boggling plot.

Ali | 2 years ago | Reply I think miss tabir must have choosen well formulated script rather such piece of shit. Her stance to ponder over real issues is nothing but a way to excuse her blunder. If she wants to think about real issues of society then poverty and injustice are two real issues and on that I hardly see any drama. So miss tabir here is the reality check for people like you.
A girl has no name | 2 years ago | Reply Maybe she doesn t realize that this is one of the issues that need people like us to raise voice. The issue being the content creators thinking everyone has a single-digit IQ and they can sell us this bs storyline. Ridicule them to the point till they start creating better stories. Put an end to the nonsense are they trying to sell us
