Minna Tariq tied the knot in an intimate day-time Nikkah ceremony

Another highlight of the never-ending wedding season is actor Minna Tariq’s star-studded wedding! Veteran actor Rubina Ashraf’s daughter Minna tied the knot in an intimate daytime Nikkah ceremony on January 13 with Imran Shaikh.

The Ruswai starlet was a breath-taking sight in a heavily embellished silver lehenga with gold embroidery and a hint of turquoise stones on the blouse. She paired the ensemble with a diamond-studded choker, chunky jhumkas, and a silver-gold maang tikka. Minna tied her hair in a sleek bun that was covered by her dupatta. On the other hand, the groom sported a white shalwar kurta with a beige shawl.

Minna’s bridal makeup was done by the celebrated makeup artist, Omayr Waqar. He posted her bridal look on his Instagram taking pride in the fact that he dressed her up for her big day. Actors Kinza Hashmi and Minal Khan complimented the artist’s skill and how pretty the bride looked.

At the time of signing Nikkah papers, Minna donned a traditional embroidered red and gold dupatta, a gorgeous contrast to her silver attire, that covered her face ceremoniously. 
 

The bride’s mother, Ashraf was glowing in an all-pink attire with silver embroidery and a floral lehenga. She was seen posing with her daughter in a video. Veteran actor Bushra Ansari commented on the video blowing off any evil eye off the mother-daughter duo.

Many veteran actors and celebrities joined the Be Inteha actor to celebrate her daughter’s big day. Behroze Sabzwari, Safeena Behroze, Waseem Abbas and Saba Hamid amongst many other celebrities graced the event and rejoiced under the stars.

Earlier this week, the bride kicked off her wedding festivities with a Mayoun ceremony where the mother and daughter were spotted in bright yellow and pink attires from the A-list designer Farah Talib Aziz’s wedding wear collection. Making a beautiful bride, Minna stunned in a yellow and pink lehanga choli and floral jewelry while her mother chose a gorgeous angarkha.

Videos of the bride dancing around with her near and dear ones went on the internet with praises and congratulatory wishes from the industry’s biggest names for the couple.

The first event to celebrate the bride was a star-studded musical night where Bushra Ansari, Urwa Hocane, Zara Noor Abbas, Shehroze Sabzwari, and Sadaf Kanwal were also spotted. The karaoke night became a super hit with some of our on-screen favourites turning into singers for the night.
