‘Expatriates should invest in their homeland’
Overseas Pakistanis should invest in their homeland, which is rapidly emerging as Asia’s premier investment and trade hub, said President Dr Arif Alvi.
Speaking to a team of overseas Pakistanis from US at the Aiwan-e-Sadr on Thursday, he stressed the need to create linkages between expatriates and local industry, academia, experts and other organisations for proper utilisation of their intellectual and business talent.
The delegation was led by president of Aspire Pakistan
“Pakistan is improving and training its human resource by imparting it with contemporary skills and modern education,” he said. “Efforts are also being made to increase the number of university graduates besides enhancing the quality of education.”
