The FIR noted that on her return from tuition on August 14, Farhan took the 14-year-old to an apartment in F-11 area and sexually assaulted her on gun point and filmed her.

It was further stated that on offering resistance, Farhan threatened to kill the girl and make the video viral in case she disclosed the details to others. Farhan called the victim again at the apartment and subjected her to sexual assault.

The complainant said Shah also threatened her niece saying that he was an international cricketer and would implicate her in a case if she lodged a complaint.
