First teaser for Saba Qamar-starrer ‘Ghabrana Nahi Hai’ is out

The film, which also stars Zahid Ahmed, is all set for an Eid ul Fitr release

The first teaser for Saba Qamar’s latest cinematic offering Ghabrana Nahi Hai dropped on Saturday, with the clip promising an action-packed ride for lovers of desi crime thrillers. 

The teaser does not offer much in the way of plot synopsis, but is instead a collection of scenes from the film, complete with gold chain-sporting gangsters, gun-wielding police officers, sherwani-clad politicians, and a bride marcing into a wedding venue filled with shocked guests, seemingly ready for a confrontation. 

In the voiceover at the start of the trailer, Saba’s character can be heard as saying, “Kya kuch nahin sochta insaan? Kaisay kasiay sapnay dekhta hai? [There’s so much a person thinks about. So many dreams that he has]."  

The film also stars Zahid Ahmed, Syed Jibran and Nayyer Ijaz, with director Saqib Khan at the helm of the project. The film is slated for an Eid ul Fitr release in 2022 after facing delays due to Covid-19.

In the trailer, Saba and Zahid’s characters can be seen riding atop a motorbike down a scenic road. Syed Jibran’s character can also be seen watching a boxing match, seeming rather tense. 

Zahid took to his Instagram to share the teaser, with several celebrities taking to the comments section of the post to share their excitement. Actor Zarnis Khan wrote, “This teaser looks super promising! Best of luck,” with Sami Khan wishing the actor the best of luck for the film.
