Acting Karachi Police Chief, Ghulam Nabi Memon has suspended 73 police personnel posted in different police stations of the city and directed them to report to SIU.
According to the order issued in this regard, three sub-inspectors, nine ASIs, 15 head constables and 46 constables of 43 police stations in Karachi including Sharifabad, Gulbahar, Rizvia Society, New Karachi, Bilal Colony, Sir Syed, FB Industrial Area, Joharabad, Timuria and Haideri, Orangi Town, Mominabad, Pakistan Bazar, Iqbal Market & Surjani Town, Preedy, Clifton, Boat Basin, Darakhshan, Gizri, Nabibakhsh, Chakiwara, District Kemari, Jackson, Saeed Abad, Ittihad Town, Docks, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Newtown, Jamshed Quarter, Baloch Colony, Tipu Sultan, PIB Colony, Mobina Town, Sohrab Goth, Al-Falah, Saudabad, Korangi, Landhi, Malir City and Quaidabad of Awami Colony have been ordered to report to the Special Investigation Uni
