Prime Minister Imran Khan has summoned the meeting of the federal cabinet on December 14 (Tuesday) to take up 15-point written agenda.
The meeting of the federal cabinet, with Prime Minister Imran Khan in the chair, will take several important decisions on matters ranging from giving approval to the establishment of international air routes between Pakistan and Tajikistan and approving the designation of Kazakhstan's Skate Airlines.
The cabinet is likely to grant permission to the Afghans to travel through the international border and will deliberate on the provision of visas to Afghan citizens.
Similarly, the cabinet will consider allowing Afghan nationals to use Pakistani territory to travel to other countries, besides giving approval for the mechanism of relief work of international welfare agencies in Afghanistan.
In addition, it is also expected to approve international NGOs’ visa policy.

Sources privy to the matter said that the report of the sugar industry reform committee will be presented in the meeting for further deliberation.
The wide-ranging cabinet agenda also takes into consideration the issue of including code sharing in the air services agreement between Pakistan and Iraq
Extension of the date of exchange of old currency notes will also be approved.
Likewise, the decisions of the economic coordination committee meeting will be ratified, while the decisions of the cabinet committee on institutional reforms and energy meetings are also expected to be ratified.
