Actor Fawad Khan recently celebrated his 40th birthday in style, opting for a bash at sea in Dubai. While the Humsafar star’s birthday officially falls on 29 November, it appears that Fawad chose to celebrate at a later date over the weekend. Guests at the star-studded party included Sarwat Gillani, Mohib Mirza, Sanam Saeed, among others.
With the guests invited for a two-day celebration aboard a yacht, several of the people in attendance, including the actor himself, were pictured donning black sweatshirts which read, “All in at FK’s 40th birthday at Palazzo Versace Dubai.” Pairing the shirt with a white collared undershirt, a pair of blue jeans, as well as some white sneakers, the actor looked casual-cool, with the outfit perfectly matching the vibes of the event.
Fawad was pictured with his wife, designer Sadaf Fawad Khan, who also opted for a white collared shirt and black high-waisted pants, pairing the outfit with white sneakers and a black bag with a gold chain.
In attendance were several big names from the industry, including one-half of Strings Faisal Kapadia, dressed in a casual white shirt and matching trousers, pairing them with some kohlapuris, staying true to his free-spirit rockstar roots. The musician was accompanied by his wife Seema Kapadia, who donned a pink mid-length dress, opting for a pair of strappy white heels to go with the outfit.
Other celebs at the bash included actor Sanam Saeed, who was dressed in a casual off-white t-shirt and trousers combo, pairing the outfit with a matching striped overshirt. Also aboard was actor Mohib Mirza, who looked dapper in a suit, ditching the tie to keep things laid-back. Asim Jofa, Asim Raza and Bilal Lashari were also present at the event.
Fawad treated his guests to a soulful rendition of the Kishore Kumar classic Dilbar Mere, a video of which was shared on social media by one of the people in attendance. Faisal Kapadia also serenaded the guests with a performance of the hit Strings song Dur.
Pictures from Fawad’s birthday bash started doing rounds on social media pages, with fans eager for a glimpse into the life of the actor who is otherwise quite private about his personal affairs. The actor will be seen next in Bilal Lashari’s Maula Jatt in the titular role, opposite Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mahira Khan and Humaima Malick. He is also reportedly set to be a part of the upcoming superhero TV series Ms Marvel.
