The court remarked that if the accused had made illegal allotment, the money should be returned to the victims from the accused. Justice Qazi Muhammad Amin Ahmed NAB told deputy prosecutor, “you have no knowledge about basics of criminal law. Sindh High Court did not confirm bail of the accused. Why NAB did not arrest the accused? Sindh High Court had ordered the accused to submit bail bond, but the accused did not submit it in the trial court.”

Deputy Prosecutor NAB requested the court for respite and said that he would personally look into the matter. Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed remarked, "It was your responsibility. What are you asking for respite from the court? You have not fulfilled your responsibility." It seems that ghosts give leases here, everyone is colluding. There is no one to listen to the effecttees. It is the job of the departments to keep an eye on all matters. If something is going wrong, it must be stopped. There is no justice here. The accused are roaming around without fear, how long will this situation continue?
