The Sindh High Court (SHC) on a petition, filed by former investigation officer and secretary local government board Zameer Abbasi, has summoned an investigation report against the bribe-seeking NAB officers within a week.
The petition was heard before a bench, headed by Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto, during which the investigation officer of the case appeared in the court.
The NAB prosecutor said that investigations are underway against corrupt and bribe-seeking officers of the bureau.

The investigation is in its early stages, he said and requested the court to allow three weeks' time to submit the report.
The court refused to give a long date for submission of NAB report.
The court summoned the investigation report against the bribe-taking officers of NAB within a week. Zameer Abbasi had approached the court to avoid arrest.
