Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan, finally walked out of the Arthur Road Central Jail (ARCJ) on Saturday. With thousands of fans, admirers, a huge posse of police and media persons camping here for the second day, Aryan’s much-anticipated exit out of the ARCJ to the waiting vehicle lasted barely a couple of seconds, reported Filmfare.

All that the waiting crowds managed to catch was a glimpse of Aryan sporting a bright blue shirt with his stark mane visible, but his face covered by a dark mask as he stepped inside the car without looking around.

Whisked off by a bevy of bouncers and bodyguards to the white SUV with dark glasses on all sides, Aryan was immediately driven toward his Bandra home via the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.

The three accused are directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond of INR100,000 each with one or more sureties in the like amount. There are 14 conditions set for Aryan's bail.

“Applicants/Accused shall not indulge in any activity similar to the activities on the basis of which the said complaint stands registered against them for offences under the NDPS Act,” a single-judge bench of Justice Nitin W Sambre said in the order. “Applicants shall not try to establish communication with co-accused or any other person involved directly or indirectly in similar activities or make any call to any person indulging in similar activities as alleged against them, through any mode of communication,” the order stated.

The court also said that the applicants shall not undertake any action which is prejudicial to the proceedings before the special NDPS Court. The court said the accused shall not make any statement regarding aforesaid proceedings pending before the special court in any form of media including print, electronic media and social media.

“Applicants shall not leave the country without prior permission from the Special Judge for NDPS at Greater Mumbai. If the applicants have to go out of Greater Mumbai, they shall inform the Investigating officer; and shall give their itinerary to the Investigating Officer,” the bail condition said. The court asked applicants to mark their presence at NCB office each Friday between 11 am and 2 pm.
