Official says 13,664,869 people vaccinated in 11 districts

BAHAWALPUR:

As per the recommendations of the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), the process of vaccinating people of South Punjab against coronavirus has been paced up.

According to South Punjab Secretary Health Ajmal Bhatti, as many as 13,664,869 people have been vaccinated in 11 districts of South Punjab.

“There are 22 Coronavirus Vaccine Centers operational in South Punjab out of which 13 centres are operating 24 hours a day,” Bhatti outlined, adding that teams are on the move to vaccinate senior citizens and special persons at their residence.

He said that all people should follow coronavirus Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for personal safety as well as mass welfare.
