A magisterial court gave last opportunity to the complainant of FIR for arguments in a molestation case he got registered against accused Mufti Aziz.

The magisterial court was hearing post arrest bail of the accused. Finally the court fixed September 10. The police concerned produced police record before the court.

A few weeks ago, the video of Mufti Aziz went viral in which he was witnessed sexually assaulting his student. After that police registered case on complaint of the student.

Later police arrested Aziz and his three sons Altaf, Atique and Latif.

As the suspects were sent on judicial remand, the three accused sons filed their post arrest bails in district courts while main accused had not filed his post arrest bail.

North Cantonment police had registered the FIR on charges of sexual assault and criminal intimidation against Aziz on the complaint of a student of Jamia Manzoorul Islam, Lahore.

Police had arrested the cleric, accused of molesting his student, and his sons in separate raids in Mianwali on June 20.
