WASA to set up mobile complaint cells

MD says all resources being utilised to ensure provision of proper facilities to masses.

MULTAN:

The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) has decided to set up mobile complaint camp offices in all four zones of the city to resolve public complaints at their doorstep.

WASA Managing Director Fakharul Salam Dogar said that as per the directives of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Amir Kareem Khan, all resources are being utilised to ensure provision of proper facilities for the masses.

He said a supervisor and other staff would be available to resolve issues at the mobile complaint camp offices.

Dogar added that the mobile cells would be set up and made active soon.

Moreover, he said the helpline number of WASA would also be displayed at the mobile complaint offices for enhancing their performance.
