KP CM announces Rs300 million for different development projects

PESHAWAR:

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan visited Shangla district on Monday.

During his visit, he announced establishment of a university, construction of Khwaza Khela-Bisham Expressway, establishment of two degree colleges and upgrading of district headquarter hospital Shangla.

Addressing a public gathering at Puran in Shangla, he also announced Rs300 million for different development projects.

Construction of various roads including Karora to Chakisar, Karora to Ajmira and Manglor Shangla Top Roads were approved in addition to immediate start of work on Porun Grid Station.

CM Mahmood also said that previous rulers had done nothing for people except looting the public exchequer, adding that their politics was only based on lies and deception and they always used to deceive the general public. The chief minister stated that politicians who could not resolve the issues of their hometown during the five years tenure of their government do not have the right to pursue politics.
