Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister MPA Khurram Sohail Leghari has been booked in a harassment case on the complaint of a woman.

In a complaint registered with Defence-A police station, the victim alleged that Leghari had forcefully developed a relationship with her. He had also got signed a blank Nikkah form to give cover to his physical relationship with her.

She complained to the elders of Leghari’s family who asked her to report the matter to the police if he threatened her again.

She further said that Legahri recently attacked her house with armed men. The complainant also accused the MPA of blackmailing, sexual harassment, and drug abuse.

Plaintiff Amna Yaqub has stated in the FIR that the MPA kept forcing her to have illicit relations by pretending to be unmarried and forced her to meet secretly for a year adding that Leghari also forced her to sign a marriage form.
