A magisterial court once again sought police record by August 26 in post-arrest bail of religious scholar allegedly involved in sexual assault of one of his students.
The accused counsel advocate Safdar Shaheen Prizada implored the court that police had been ordered to produce the record but the court’s order could not be complied with by the police.
He contended that his client Aziz had been implicated in a forged case merely to humiliate and embarrass him.
He informed the court that the Punjab Forensic Agency’s report was also negative which proves that false allegation was levelled on his client merely to trap him in such a forged case.

He prayed to the court that his client be released on bail. However, the magisterial court once again directed the police to produce police records by August 26.
A few weeks back, a video of Aziz went viral in which he was seen sexually assaulting one of his students. After that police registered a case on the complaint of the student.
Later, police arrested Aziz and his three sons Altaf, Atique and Latif. As the aforesaid accused were sent on judicial remand, the three accused sons filed their post-arrest bails in district courts while the main accused Aziz had not filed his post-arrest bail.
