Govt striving hard for public welfare: CM

Previous govts performed less, boasted more, says CM

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that the government was striving hard for public welfare three years since Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) came to power. “Pakistan is moving towards its destination as holistic reforms have been introduced by the PTI-led government in different sectors.”

He expressed these views during a meeting with lawmakers at his office on Friday. MNA Aurangzeb Khichi Punjab Transport Minister Jehanzeb Khichi, MPAs Syed Abbas Ali Shah, Iftikhar Gondal, Ghazanfar Abbas Chheena and others were present on the occasion. The lawmakers also congratulated the CM over the success of the PTI candidate in PP-38.

Speaking on the occasion, the CM claimed previous governments performed less while constantly boasting about their achievements. “The previous rulers ignored public needs while starting exhibitory projects".
