KARACHI: The administrator of Karachi, Fazal-ur-Rehman, and the DCO, Mohammad Hussain Syed laid a floral wreath at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam, and offered fateha. The DCO later hoisted the national flag at the City Scouts.
