Sarfaraz Shah case verdict

KARACHI: It’s good that the killers of Sarfaraz Shah have finally got some justice but when will Salmaan Taseer’s family see justice? Why is the progress on the case involving Taseer’s alleged murderer, Mumtaz Qadri, progressing at such a slow pace?

The "independent" judiciary is in the pocket of rightwing parties and does not want to annoy them. It is that simple. This PCO SC shows great interst in only certain cases and not the others. Compared to Sarfaraz Shah the case of Taseer is crystal clear, yet no progress against mullah Qadri.
