PML-N bashes Punjab govt over inflation
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) spokesperson in Punjab Azma Bokhari lashed out at the provincial government for high inflation before Eidul Azha.
Bokhari said the prices of essentials have skyrocketed but the Punjab food and commerce ministers were hiding.
“Inflation has broken all previous records,” said Bokhari while talking to the media persons. She said, “the common man is suffering and is forced to live miserable life”.
The PML-N leader said both food and commerce ministers of the province were absent from the scene and were did nothing to control the inflation.

“Where is the Aristotle Minister of Commerce for the last three years,” she questioned. She said Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar was only a photo-session chief minister.
“All those who used to give us lectures are hiding their faces now,” said Bokhari, adding that they were well aware of the public anger due to high inflation.
She further said the common man was left helpless to commit suicide. She also said that the prices of the spices went up before Eid.
She stated that the rulers were only making statements instead of doing something practical for the public and the country. Imran Khan dreamed one night and then announced to abolish price control committees.
“Inflation mafia is free to loot the public,” said Bokhari.
