The Establishment Division on Monday ordered transfers and posting of high ranking officers. According to the notification Khalid Khurshid Kunwar, a BS-21 officer of Railways (Commercial & Transportation) Group, presently posted as Senior Joint Secretary, Communications Division, has been s transferred and repatriated to his parent department, Railways Division, with immediate effect.
Similarly, Neelofur Hafeez, a BS-20 officer of Secretariat Group, presently serving as Joint Secretary, Finance Division is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Economic Affairs Division with immediate effect until further orders
Dr Faheem Muhammad, a BS-20 officer of Inland Revenue Service (IRS), presently posted as Director-General, National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), on a deputation basis, has been transferred and repatriated to his parent department, Federal Board of Revenue, with immediate effect.
In other transfers by the Establishment Division (ED) Division, Nadeem Irshad Kayani, a BS-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), presently serving as Special Secretary, Petroleum Division has been transferred and posted as secretary Science and Technology Division, with immediate effect and until further orders.
Similarly, Dr Arshad Mahmood, a BS-22 officer of PAS presently posted as Secretary Science and Technology Division is transferred and posted as Secretary, Petroleum with immediate effect and until further orders.
In continuation of its notification concerning transfers and postings of various high ranking officers of Secretariat Group (SG). Mir Afzal Khan, a BS-20 officer of SG, presently serving as Joint Secretary, Federal Education & Professional Training Division, has been transferred and directed to report to Establishment Division, with immediate effect
Similarly, Muhammad Riaz, a BS-20 officer of SG, presently awaiting posting in Establishment Division is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of the National Vocational and Technical Commission (NAVTTC), under Federal Education & Professional Training Division, for posting as Director General (BS-20), on Deputation basis, for an initial period of three years, on standard terms and conditions, with immediate effect and until further orders.
