Suspects allegedly belonged to two separate robbers’ gangs, millions of rupees recovered

Saddar Police booked six suspects who allegedly belonged to two separate robbers’ gangs and recovered millions of rupees, six motorcycles, arms, and other items from their possessions.

According to details, the police claimed to have arrested four members of the Basheera gang, Mohammad Bashir, Mohammad Hussain, Mumtaz Hussain, and Shiraz Baig, and recovered Rs300,000, two walkie-talkie sets, and illegal weapons used in the robberies and ammunition.

In another raid, the police booked two members of a bike-lifter gang.

The suspects were identified as Mohammad Omar and Rafiullah who possessed six stolen motorcycles, Rs108,000, two cellphones, as well as arms and ammunition used in mugging.

Saddar police officials said that the stolen items were recovered from the suspects during the investigation.

They further stated that other abetters of the suspects would also be brought to justice.
