Two Indian speed boats entered into Pakistani waters, cordoned a boat Al Jalal and opened fire on it, when the fishermen were busy fishing at Harami Dhoro area in open sea.
All the five fishermen, Muhammad Aslam, Latif, Faiz Muhammad, Rafiq Ahmed and Ishaq hailing from Jati town of Thatta jumped into the sea to escape the indiscriminant firing.
Sami Memon, a spokesman of the Pakistan Fisherfolk Forum told PPI that all the fishermen reached their homes in miserable conditions while their boat, net and fish worth Rs1.5 million were taken away by the Indian navy.
