Pakistan Customs reactivates complaint cell

Deputy collectors directed to make surprise visits to check posts

Quetta Customs Collector Irfan Javed has issued directions to reactivate the complaint cell in the Customs Collectorate to address the issues faced by masses and traders related to Pakistan Customs.

In a press briefing on Wednesday, Javed vowed to ensure transparency by initiating proper punitive action against those officials found involved in any kind of illegal activity.

The collector said the names, phone numbers and email addresses of the officers posted in complaint cell would be made public, adding that the masses could directly access him for addressing their complaints.

The deputy collectors have also been directed to made surprise visits to the Customs check posts in order to witness routine operations.

He directed Additional Collector Yasir Wahab Kalhor to immediately pay a visit to Dalbandin and Nushki and arrange meetings with the government officials, local traders and public representatives to sort out the problem being faced to masses and traders in Chagai and Nushki districts.

The impression of Receipt being forwarded to the WhatsApp of one of a Senior Police Officer DSP Mr Hakim Sahib very cooperative extremely professional and very well spoken officer Sir this person Mr Aftab charged me the By- Air fares but sent items by Sea which he later on confessed after much toils and upon my person efforts I managed to get delivered a portion of booked cargo i.e. expensive electric kid toys 2x worth 600 - each with help of one his own so called Distribution Agent who confirmed that Aftab is an international Crook thieve a criminal and fake businessman. He himself being aggrieved victim of this person. Respected Sir he stole my 25kg worth of baggage consists of very expensive clothes shoes for kids and adults previous gifts for my late Mother widow of Lt Col M Aslam and electronics et etc. The images I forwarded are sent to me by his distribution agents from Pakistan godowns warehouse etc which implies that they did received cargo at Pakistan offices and now being disappeared stolen by him. Respected Sir upon visiting his mentioned offices here at Manchester and Birmingham I found that I am not alone being victim of this person s dishonesty and crockery fraud rather there are dozens others who are hapless to detect him and ceased their efforts to chase their Cargo. It seems his professional tricks tactics that people here make some efforts of chasing their lost cargo by his hands for sometimes and then forget due to busy life here which give him chance to sell that Cargo in open market at Islamabad. Respected Sir I am son of mentioned Pak- army officer and myself served as Immigration Officer at Manchester airport 2009-14 and currently part of Pakistani tiktok Monitoring team here at Manchester decided to chase this Crook who plays with lives finances and emotions of innocent Pak- overseas or Britisher. Respected Sir just 2 days ago upon my inquiries and continuous personal investigation with the help of an army officer Lt Col ...Baluch Regiment I found out that he moved a huge Truck full of those unclaimed Cargo stolen goods from Lahore to DHA Islamabad House which falls under your responsibilities as Inspector general of Police and being advised to log and official complaint. Respected Sir we have very high hopes of your honesty and professionalism to at least detect this persons on given contacts Numbers and addresses which I secured after much toils and hardships. I must also request that to assign this task to one of mentioned officer DSP Mr Hakim sahib to whom I already forwarded some information and in contact belongs from same village family friends etc so that he can initiate his efforts officially as being advised and directed. In mean times I am in process of logging similar complaints here at GMP Police Manchester and Birmingham etc. Lastly we have family residences and properties at Islamabad and very proudly considers ourselves the citizens of Pak-Islamabad more than any Country or County. If I may be of any help to serve Pak-police and community with regards to tiktok crime depicted in various video etc please do not hesitate to contact on my personal WhatsApp at anytime. Muhammad Iqbal | 3 years ago | Reply Hi there I am writing this make an official complaint about shipment number 7240933420 came from France through DHL Pakistan. I have provided DHL more than enough evidence that the package contains an urgent Non-Prescribed Homeopathic medicine of Spinal Pain Relief for my 72 Year old father. He had used this medicine before but due to covid-19 it is not available in Pakistan. I order from France and it costs 7.5 euro Quantity 2 which is 15 Euro which is equal to Approx. 3000 Pakistani Rupees. DHL is saying Customs staff is not releasing this package even though I have provided all the evidence along with receipt of medicine and URL link where you can check the price as well. It has been more than 3 days the medicine is sitting with Customs kindly release this package as soon as possible. I wish I could attach the file of evidence I provided DHL but there is no option here to attach a file. Kind Regards Muhammad Iqbal
