Nearly 1100 new Covid cases detected in Sindh
As many as 19 more patients of Covid-19 die in the province, says CM

As many as 19 more patients of Covid-19 have died in Sindh, said Sindh Chief Minister in a statement issued on Tuesday, when the province reported 1,084 new coronavirus cases.
The CM said following the recent deaths and detections, the province's Covid-19 death toll had climbed to 4,624, and the infection tally to 280,355. He said 626 Covid-19 patients had recovered overnight, lifting the total number of recoveries in the province to 263,265.
The CM said that currently 12,466 patients were under treatment, with 11,893 in home isolation, 8 in isolation centres and 565 in hospitals. He added that the condition of 541 patients was critical.
According to the statement, out of 1084 new cases, 468 were detected in Karachi, 138 in Hyderabad, 96 in Sukkur, 37 in Kashmore-Kandhkot, 32 in Shaheed Benazirabad, 31 in Naushero Feroze, 30 in Umerkot, 28 in Ghotki, 27 in Matiari, 25 in Tando Muhammad Khan, 22 in Badin, 21 in Mirpurkhas, 18 in Larkana, 17 in Khairpur, 13 in Sanghar, 15 in Qambar-Shahdadkot, nine in Jamshoro, seven in Tando Allahyar, five in Shikarpur, and one each in Jacobabad and Thatta.
