Sarwar lays foundation stone of 146 water schemes

He highlighted that a sum of Rs399 million will be spent on these schemes

Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar on Monday laid the foundation stone of 146 water schemes of Punjab Aab-e- Pak Authority in Lahore Division. In a ceremony held at Governor House, Sarwar laid the foundation stone of 16 drinking water schemes for Lahore, 82 for Kasur, 27 for Sheikhupura, and 21 for Nankana Sahib. He highlighted that a sum of Rs399 million will be spent on these schemes. “We will collaborate with non-profit organisations for the installation of Water Filtration Plants across Punjab,” he underlined.
