The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) is shifting its academic operations from manual to automation and digitalisation, which will not only help in the provision of timely educational services but also ensure transparency and quality in academic operations.
On the directives of the Vice Chancellor Pro Dr Zia Ul-Qayyum, the AIOU is providing electronic books to its millions of students enrolled in various post-graduate programmes as per its digitalisation policy.
Meanwhile, the university has announced the results of the final examination of BEd programmes offered in the spring 2020 semester. Results have been uploaded on the university website (www.aiou.edu.pk). The result cards are also being dispatched via registered postal services.
The AIOU controller of examinations said the results of MEd programmes would be announced soon.
A university official said admissions for programmes offered in the 2nd phase of the spring 2021 semester are in progress and will continue till March 25.
