Former Lollywood actor Noor Bukhari, who had bid farewell to showbiz to follow the path of Islam, was criticised on social media recently for overly dressed picture. Bukhari shared a photo of herself on Friday in an ivory mesh dress, complimented by bead work and embellishment. Some critiques compared her to that of a bride, reported Express News.
“I have to give an answer in my grave. If anyone has a problem with my hijab so that they do not see me,” said Bukhari in response to the negative comments online.
The 38-year-old actor had attended her friend’s wedding in a lavish and fully embellished dress that people claimed to be ethically immoral, considering her religious stance. Apart from the photos, Noor also shared short videos of the wedding on his Instagram.
After receiving multiple DMs on her Instagram stories and comments under the recent post, she concluded by answering a critique, “I know my true intentions and only He who has the right to judge, Allah.” Soon after responding, the bejeweled actor has now restricted her posts to avoid negative feedback.
