The artists' line up for the opening ceremony of the Pakistan Super League 2021 (PSL) has been finally revealed. The PSL anthem, Groove Mera, singers Aima Baig, Naseebo Lal, Young Stunners will be joined by celebrated star Atif Aslam, actor Humaima Malick and singer Imran Khan.

According to reports, the opening ceremony will be held in Turkey and Baig has already reached the country to prep for the show! Taking to the official Twitter handle, the PSL organisers announced, "Ab dekha ga crowd GROOVE MERA TV PE! Announcing the PSL 6's fantastic opening ceremony lineup: Atif Aslam, Imran Khan, Humaima Malick and our Groove Mera superstars, Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig and Young Stunners!"

Earlier, it was reported that Ali Zafar will also perform at the opening ceremony. However, clarifying the matter, the Ab Khel Jamega crooner shared on Twitter that he "will not be performing at the opening ceremony."

The PSL anthem this year made headlines for various reasons. While many loved the new track, others criticised it. The track itself starts with Naseebo Lal's strong vocals and as she takes charge, the audience is guaranteed to start grooving to the track. We go on to see Aima Baig who, in her quintessential style, delivers powerful vocals. Then we see Young Stunners making an entrance as they rap their way into the song. The rap has been written by the artists themselves.

Composed and produced by former EP main man Xulfi and Adnan Dhool, Groove Mera promises to stay with you.
