The backlog of building plans to be approved has been rapidly multiplying since the Sindh Building Control Authority changed its approval process around two months ago. The approval of SBCA DG is now required for nearly all projects.
Moreover, a snag in the authority’s IT system has led to the single-window option on its website collapsing causing inconvenience to all those who want to submit building maps and plans for approval.
