Three-month-old dies of gas leakage in Rawalpindi

Police have launched an investigation into the incident.

A three-month-old girl died due to a gas leakage in a house in front of the Morgah police station in Rawalpindi. Rescue-1122 spokesman said the girl and her parents were reported to have fainted due to a gas leak in their house. Rescue teams rushed to the spot and transported them to the District Headquarters Hospital. Doctors said Khadija Imran had died while her mother Sana’s condition was critical. The girl’s father, 30-year-old Imran, regained consciousness after first aid. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
