Another 954 Covid-19 infections detected

As many as 18,486 persons in Sindh are currently infected by the virus

As many as 954 fresh coronavirus cases and another 20 fatalities were reported in the province on Monday while 10,600 samples were tested. Another 607 persons also recovered from the contagion overnight, said Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah.

According to a statement issued by the Chief Minister’s House, the provincial virus tally stands at 236,530 while 2,587,663 tests have been conducted thus far. Although 214,231 persons in Sindh have recovered from the virus, the pandemic has also claimed at least 3,813 lives in the province thus far.

As many as 18,486 persons in Sindh are currently infected by the coronavirus, said Shah. The conditions of 870 patients is stated to be critical with at least 92 persons shifted to the ventilator, apprised the CM.
